⊙ If the time of death is written within 40 seconds after writing the cause of death as a heart attack,the time of death can be manipulated.
And the time can go into effect within 40 seconds after writing the name.
如果你在写上死因是因为心脏麻痹后，如果你能在40秒内写上死亡时间的话就算是死于心脏麻痹，你也可以操纵死亡时间，在这一时间再写上名字的话，40秒钟也能令对方死去。
⊙ The human who touches the DEATH NOTE can recognize the image and voice of its original owner,a god of death,even if the human is not the owner of the note.
碰过死亡笔记的人，就算他不是笔记本的主人，也能看到及听到笔记本原主人——死神的样子和声音。

死神通常在人类使用了笔记的39天内，现身于他的面前。
⊙ Gods of death,the original owners of the DEATH NOTE,do not do,in principle,anything which will help or prevent the deaths in the note.

死神可以靠着在死亡笔记上写上人名而延长自己的寿命，而人类却不行。

人类成了死亡笔记的拥有者，可以用自己剩余生命的一半来交换死神的可以看到人的脸就知道他的寿命和名字的眼睛。
⊙ A god of death cannot be killed even if stabbed in his heart with a knife or shot in the head with a gun.However,there are ways to kill a god of death,which are not generally known to the gods of death.

有可能的死亡情况及死亡范围，连死神都不清楚，得靠自己去验证。

从死亡笔记上撕下一张纸，哪怕是一小块纸，它同样具有死亡笔记的特效。
⊙ The instrument to write with can be anything,(e.g. cosmetics,blood,etc)as long as it can write directly onto the note and remains as legible letters.
只要是可以留下文字的东西，只要可以直接写在笔记本上的，就算是血或者化妆品也没有关系。

⊙ You may also write the cause and/or details of death prior to filling in the name of the individual.Be sure to insert the name in front of the written cause of death.You have about 19days(according to the human calendar)in order to fill in a name.
先写上死因或者死亡状况，然后再在这些文字前写上名字，也同样有效。这时候，到写上名字之时的有限时间，把它折算成人类的时间为19天。
⊙ Even if you do not actually possess the DEATH NOTE,the effect will be the same if you can recognize the person and his/her name to place in the blank.
除了死亡笔记的所有者之外，利用同别人写上他们所看到的人的名字，和拥有死亡笔记的人，有着同样的效果。

⊙ "kill yourself"is a valid cause of death.Basically all humans are thought to possess the possibility to commit kill himself.it is,therefore,not something"unbelievable to think of".
死因是“自杀”也同样有效，几乎对所有人类来说，自杀都是一种可能的行为，没有人会“从来都没有想过”。
⊙ Whether the cause of the individual's death is either a "kill yourself"or accident.If the death leads to the death of more than the intended,the person will simply die of a heart attack.This is to ensure that other lives are not influenced.
不论是自杀死还是事故死，除了被写上名字的人以外的人，不会直接因他而死。被写名字的人导致其他人死亡的话，这个人将死于心脏麻痹。

⊙ Even after the individuals name,the time of death,and death condition on the DEATH NOTE were filled out,the time and condition of death can be altered as many times as you want,as long as it is changed within 6 minutes and 40 seconds from the time it was filled in.But,of course,this is only possible before the victim dies.
在死亡笔记写上某人的名字、死亡时间和死亡状况后，在6分40秒内可以随意更改死亡时间和死亡状况。当然，只可以在那人还未死之前更改。
⊙ Whenever you want to change anything written on the DEATH NOTE within 6minutes and 40seconds after you wrote,you must first rule out the characters you want to erase with two straight lines.
若要在6分40秒内更改死亡笔记上的任何内容，必须先在想要更改的地方划上两条直线。
⊙ As you see above,the time and condition of death can be changed,but once the victims name has been written,the individuals death can never be avoided.

⊙ If you lose the DEATH NOTE or have it stolen,you will lose its ownership unless you retrieve it within 490 days.
若死亡笔记被遗失或盗去，而不能在490日内寻回，就会失去死亡笔记的持有权。
⊙ If you have traded the eye power of a god of death,you will lose the eye power as well as the memory of the DEATH NOTE once you lose its ownership.At the same time,the remaining half of your life will not be restored.
若在换取死神的眼睛后失去死亡笔记的持有权，便会失去死神的眼睛和有关死忙笔记的记忆。不过，付出了的余下的一般寿命则不能取回。

⊙ You may lend the DEATH NOTE to another person while maintaining its ownership.Subletting it to yet another person is possible,too.
死亡笔记的持有人把笔记借给他人时，仍然拥有笔记的持有权。借用笔记的人再借给其他人也没有问题。
⊙ The borrower of the DEATH NOTE will not be followed by a god of death.The god of death always remains with the owner of the DEATH NOTE.Also,the borrower cannot trade the eyesight of the god of death.
借用死亡笔记的人不会被死神跟着；死神只会跟着笔记的持有人。另外，借用笔记的人不能换取死神的眼睛。


ⅩⅣ
⊙ When the owner of the DEATH NOTE dies while the note is being lent.Its ownership will be transferred to the person who is holding it at that time.
若死亡笔记的持有人把笔记借给其他人使用时死了，笔记的持有权便会转移到那个借用的人身上。
⊙ If the DEATH NOTE is stolen and the owner is killed by the thief,its ownership will automatically be transferred to the thief.
若死亡笔记被盗去，而笔记的持有人又被那个盗贼杀死，笔记的持有权便会转移到那个盗贼身上。
