Comparing historical status should be based on honors, and comparing historical honors should be done by ranking them from the highest to the lowest. As we all know, a champion is superior to a runner-up, and a team with ten runner-ups cannot be compared to a team with one championship. The Silver Dragon Trophy for league championships and the Phoenix Cup for cup tournament championships are both quarterly-level championship events. The Holy Dragon Cup for annual championships, however, is a full-year championship event. Therefore, the classification of KPL historical honor levels should logically be: annual championship > quarterly/cup tournament championship > runner-up > and so on. Consequently, comparing historical status in KPL only requires listing the highest-level honor of each team. Teams with the same level of honor are ranked based on the greater number of such honors, and if the number is tied, the next level of honor is considered, and so on.

AG: 1 annual championship
Wolf: 10 seasonal/cup tournament championships
Star: 8 seasonal/cup tournament championships
Hero: 5 seasonal/cup tournament championships
WB: 2 seasonal/cup tournament championships
TTG: 1 seasonal/cup tournament championship, 4 runner-ups
DYG: 1 seasonal/cup tournament championship, 2 runner-ups
As: 1 seasonal/cup tournament championship
Other teams without championships will not be included in the ranking. Until another team wins the annual championship, the starting players of AG's annual championship team also represent the highest honor in their respective lanes. Namely, the best laner - Xuan Ran, the best jungler - Zhong Yi, the best mid laner - Chang Sheng, the best marksman - Xu Bi Cheng, and the best support - Da Shuai. Xu Bi Cheng, with the most and highest honors among the five lanes, has also become the first person in KPL history, in addition to being the best marksman.
