塔的名字是“望而生畏之塔”

查到了英文说明，原来是一个节日特别礼物，是说24小时内军队攻击力增加百分之五十，之后为非激活状态，只提供250快乐度，并且不能储存，也不能交易：
The Daunting Tower can only be obtained as a daily special or by purchasing the Halloween Prizes costing an equivalent of 15$ or Diamonds 1200 Diamonds[1]. It provides Attack Boost for Attacking Army 50% attack boost to the attacking army for the durarion of 24 hours, after which it then only provides Happiness 250 happiness and changes its appearance into an Inactive version. It cannot be stored and may not be traded at the Antiques Dealer.

原来降级是说的这座尖塔本身，它只能在24小时内提供军队攻击力增加50%，此后变没啥用了，只当个增加250快乐度的东西而已，不再激活状态。
