系统自带软件太多，造成内存大量浪费。用ADB卸载，完美删除垃圾自带软件。

先下载软件，百度搜ADB，从官网下载调试软件。

打开下载好的软件。

这是软件打开后的样子

然后打开手机中的开发者选项，点击开启USB调试，用原装数据线连接电脑。最后把要卸载的软件的指令复制到ADB工具中就可以了。

如果发现卸载错误，或者想恢复所有功能，格式化手机就可以恢复到出厂前的设置了，已卸载的软件也会重新安装回来，完全不用担心。

这是我卸载后的样子，很多智能功能都被我卸载掉了，因为基本不用。有需求的朋友可以按照个人喜欢选择性的删除。

下午没事儿又研究了一下恢复，如果朋友们不想恢复出厂设置又想恢复禁用的功能，可以用一下指令：
adb shell cmd package install-existing +软件包名。
例如：你用指令
adb shell pm uninstall --user 0 com.android.bbkmusic 删掉 i 音乐
那么你想要恢复它就可以输入
adb shell cmd package install-existing com.android.bbkmusic
所有软件的包名其实就是“com”后面的这串字符，如i音乐的包名就是：com.android.bbkmusic

这种方法只是禁用软件，并不是完全的删除。它只能禁止应用的启动和更新，帮你减少内存的占用，所以这种方法下的卸载软件还是可以恢复的。
