May of this year is when it all happens! That date will mark the launch of TIA Portal V17 (Totally Integrated Automation Portal).
2、新的TIA Portal Cloud将发布
Beginning in May of 2021, Siemens will provide a flexible, cloud-based engineering solution for industrial automation: TIA Portal Cloud.
3、可以连接TIA的老版本
With TIA Portal Cloud, users will automatically get fast access to the latest TIA Portal version (V17) and to previous versions: TIA Portal V16 and TIA Portal V15.1.
4、基于WEB的编程方式
Web-based access to TIA Portal Engineering in the cloud allows customers to use the solution flexibly from any location.
5、项目可以存在云端
Programming work can always be stored in a cloud memory making it available everywhere
6、License按月购买
For example, streaming services offer a basic function as well as a subscription that can be cancelled at the end of a monthly period.

The firmware update for the hardware and software controllers of the Simatic S7-1500 series will be released simultaneously with the new version V17 of the TIA Portal. The new firmware provides some of the Simatic controllers with memory optimisation and includes new functions that enable efficient engineering of networked automation solutions.

' Integral IT-connectivity: DHCP/DNS, OPC UA with GDS for global, server-based certificate handling.
