To give a little more history, before the Internet was dominated by websites, there was (still is, somewhat) a service called Usenet which served as a way to communicate with others around the world. It was kind of a hybrid of e-mail and web forums as we know things today in which you could search and download messages from others. I tended to prefer when it was segregated as it was: "alt.sex.fetish.robots" and the abbreviated ASFR once had to do with sexual fetishization of robots—most frequently human-looking machines but also non-human robots that at least had arms and legs (so not sports cars, for instance). Mannequins were somewhat part of this after a while, and the debate over whether to include artificial life forms (e.g. biological clones) has been never ending. Once the pornography industry found a niche to make money, the "ASFR" label got added to content about everything from hypnotized people to frozen (un-moving, not cold) people. I haven't researched who coined the acronym "GINO" but it was needed to identify Gynoid In Name Only when a character (in a movie or pornography) was a robot but no proof was given (never shut down or internal part shown for instance).
In the end it's all about personal preference and what you find sexually exciting. It was handy to have a term for those of us fantasizing about non-alive machines that look like humans.

To answer your question in as simple a manner as I can, this forum details primarily with Alt.Sex.Fetish.Robot content, also known as ASFR or Technosexuality. This primarily includes fetishes having to do with robotic beings like androids, cyborgs, artificial intelligence and so on.
