Constrictor Capital | USA 🇺🇸 born Pied boas
This is what the community has been waiting for. We are pleased to present the first USA 🇺🇸 captive bred and born pied boas.
These boas mark a leap and bound within our industry and will ultimately yield a highly exciting future for all Hobbysist.
They also provide a key to a multitude of doors that were believed to be shut. Unanswered questions about the pied boa are being unveiled at a compounding pace. Not only with these photographs, but as 2022 progresses we will keep providing more and more information .
🔥 We now have multi-generational proof of our Central America pied program being a workable genetic trait.
These babies are proof of our initial concept- and that was for it to be reproducible; These babies represent a pivotal point within the boa sector- they now showcase the only proven & legally 📑 certified line of piebaldism in the boa constrictor 🌎 do-date.
Proper documentation:
The DNA testing will link directly back to our original Central American imports. This line is fully certified and clearance provided by the appropriate international entities + CITES.
Legally Certified pied line for commercial breeding:
This means that these are the first captive born legally authorized 📑 pied boas appointed for United States commercial breeding projects. 🔥
Furthermore:
They also do not show signs of other genetic traits within the hets; Thus, as we continue the project, we are hoping them to be pure pied in order to better suit future collectors breeding allocations.
Pied Appearance:
There is a lot of diversification with the babies that we believe is a result directly connected to the pied genetics. Some are striped, motley looking, highly aberrant, some look to have hypomelanism traits, some also almost have a patternless / pattern fade. Extremely interesting. What we know so far is that the pied gene seams to dramatically influence the entire boa.
