这哥们叫John，因为关注的人还是很多，发推后的几年他本人都还在回复，我总结了一下大约是这么回事，他在1998-2000有参与英雄无敌3资料片的源代码制作，不过那个时候他已经不是3DO公司的正式员工了，只是合同工。在几年前，他拿到了一个来自ubisoft的Dotemu团队的合同要他去找英雄无敌3资料片的源代码，Dotemu就是负责制作英雄无敌3HD的团队，John找了并已经把源代码传给了Ubisoft的资料库，然后几年过去了，John本人并没有收到任何来自Ubisoft对此的回应。

John Keoni Morris：I FTP'd it to Ubisoft a few years back. Haven't heard anything from them since.

John Keoni Morris：They were the ones that contacted me looking for the source code. I don't recall exactly what I sent to them (I'd need to dig through old emails). I realize I'm being a bit vague with this, and there is more to the story, but I'm not sure what I should and am allowed to discuss.

John Keoni Morris: Yes, and I uploaded it to them so that they can archive it.
