黄浦区模拟卷作文
We’ve grown well accustomed to the phenomenon that when teenagers are caught in difficulties in their daily life and study, or come across emotional puzzles, they would turn to peers for help first, instead of their parents. But what’s behind it?
In my opinion, there are several reasons that contribute to teens’ choice. First of all, living in the same environment enables students to understand each other and modern ways of communication are what parents may have no access to. Besides, students can avoid certain criticism parents would place on them and spare the trouble caused by generation gap. Furthermore, support from peers is somewhat more effective.
However, with mutual communication among teens bringing much convenience, it is not always a sensible choice. Lacking the experience of living, advice from peers may not be sensible and practical. Immature ideas can sometimes give rise to dangers.
To sum up, it is essential that students listen to both their friends and parents, which will offer them a more comprehensive view on the problem and thus, make sensible choices.
