Graphene oxide is a new type of carbon material withexcellent performance, with high specific surface area and abundant functionalgroups on the surface. Graphene oxide is used in PCR technology, which cansignificantly improve the specificity, sensitivity and amplification yield ofPCR, and can eliminate the primer dimer formed during amplification, and theoptimization interval is wide, which can be widely applied to variousconcentrations and complex Degree of DNA template; graphene oxide can be used asa very good filter for desalinating water.
