二、具体交易流程
1、提交«客户订单需求信息»，匹配一对一SOP(填写附件内容)。
Submitthecustomerrequirementsinformationformtomatchtheone-to-oneSOP(fillintheattachment).
2、签署SOP、NCNDA，卖方签署IMFPA，提供LOI、LOA。
SignSOPandNCNDA,thesellersignIMFPA,provideLOIandloa.
3、卖方签发FCO，买方批准并签署FCO给卖方。
TheSellerissuesFCOandthebuyerapprovesandsignsFCOtotheseller.
4、买方提供网银截图+月结单+ATV授权书，货方查验属实后安排查验SGS等物权文件，签署SPA。
Thebuyershallprovideonlinebankingscreenshot,latestbankmonthlystatement,ATV.ThesellershallarrangetoinspectSGSandotherPOPdocumentsafterverification,andsignspa.
5、买方付款方式(二选一):
A、买方资金转入卖方指定银行账户共管，并配合卖方银行发BPU(银行付款承诺);(注:该付款方式享受国际防疫物资财政援助政策，直接获得0.2美元补贴)
B、签署ES协议，买方资金进入买卖双方指定律楼ES账户，双方关联。
Buyer'smethodofpayment(alternative)
A.Thebuyer'sfundsaretransferredtothebankaccountdesignatedbythesellerfordualcontrol,andassisttoissueBPU(bankpaymentcommitment)fromtheseller'sBank;
B.Aftersigningtheescrowagreement,thebuyer'sfundswillenterintotheescrowaccountdesignatedbythebuyerandtheseller.
6、根据卖方交付计划，每交付一批货的AWB，买方从其银行账户发送当批货的MT103的付款副本作为银行间的确认凭证。
