点击外部链接打开chrome的时候, 地址栏会自带一些参数导致问题

在当前最新版
版本->
系统: win10 1909
chrome: 86.0.4240.111（正式版本） （64 位）
里面,
在本机的一些软件里面点击链接, 然后跳转至chrome(此时的默认浏览器)里面的时候,
地址栏会显示为
https://www.baidu.com/%20--with-chrome-plus-plus%20--disable-features=RendererCodeIntegrity,FlashDeprecationWarning
翻译一下即为:
https://www.baidu.com/ --with-chrome-plus-plus --disable-features=RendererCodeIntegrity,FlashDeprecationWarning
我原以为是flash导致的, 所以已经将flash卸载掉并重启电脑, 但依然如此未解决.
而正常在chrome里面直接在地址栏输入
https://www.baidu.com/
是可以正常打开的;
所以不知如何解决, 有大神遇到过此问题吗?
