我看断剑一书中认为没有撞击，但叙述过于简略，证据列举不充分

《断剑》里的注释38应该说的很清楚了（至少英语版如此）。Mark Horan是英语世界最了解中途岛海战的人之一，他的说法默认为可信，除非有过硬的资料来源反对。
最近十几年里出的中途岛的书，关于此事的说法如下。
Parshall：明确说没有撞击。
Smith：明确说没有撞击。
Lundstrom：似乎没有提及。
Symonds：没有提到撞击。
Isom：明确说有撞击。
Parshall的书分析最详细，比较可信。唯一的反例，Isom的书参考的是几十年前Morrison的书，基本等于什么都没做。我倾向于没有撞击。

这方面还真没有了解过

June 5, 1942, Capt. Fleming led the second division of his squadron in a mass dive-bombing assault on the Mikuma. Putting his plane into an approach glide, he again dived low and succeeded in scoring a near-miss on the objective. His plane, hit by anti-aircraft fire, caught fire.
