Your issue could be a result of corrupted data in your .xml files.

Please reset the game settings by running the following file:http://downloads.worldoftanks.ru/support/updates/wowp_pref.zip
or type %appdata%\wargaming.net\WorldofWarplanes in the windows start menu search field and hit enter and delete the preferences.xml file in the folder.

If you cannot find the file, please try this:
Please press the windows key + r to open the 'run' dialog.
Then type in %appdata%\wargaming.net
Then delete the preferences.xml file.
