在游戏发售前及发售后的一段时间内,所有官方渠道的宣传和游戏内描述都明确表示,门户模式将提供 “100% 的全额经验值和武器进度”。正是基于这一明确的承诺,我才决定购买此游戏。对我以及许多玩家而言,门户模式不仅仅是一个娱乐模式,更是我们提升角色等级、解锁并掌握各类武器的核心途径。
然而,在最近的更新中,贵公司通过一次“热更”悄然修改了这一设定。现在,门户模式中的武器经验获取已被完全移除,角色经验也遭到了大幅削减。这一改动完全违背了当初吸引我购买游戏的承诺,严重损害了我的游戏体验和投入时间的价值。
我购买的是一个包含“完整经验获取门户模式”的产品。而现在,这个产品的核心功能之一被单方面、且未做任何公告说明地移除了。这让我感觉受到了欺骗,也让我在游戏中所花费的时间变得毫无意义。

Subject: Refund Request for "Battlefield 6" – Due to Misleading Advertising and Major Changes to Core Gameplay
Dear Customer Support Team,
I am writing to request a full refund for my purchase of "Battlefield 6" (Official Title: [Please insert the official title, e.g., Battlefield 2042]) from your platform. My reason for this request is based on the fact that, post-launch, the game was unilaterally and without prior notice altered via a "hotfix" to change the experience gain system in its core featured mode—Portal Mode. This constitutes de facto false advertising.
Prior to and shortly after the game's launch, all official marketing materials and in-game descriptions explicitly promised that Portal Mode would offer "100% full XP and weapon progression." It was based on this clear promise that I made the decision to purchase the game. For me and many other players, Portal Mode was not just a casual playlist; it was a primary method for leveling up our characters and unlocking/progressing with various weapons.
However, in a recent update, this setting was stealthily changed via a "hotfix." Currently, weapon XP has been completely removed from Portal Mode, and character XP has been drastically reduced. This change directly contradicts the promise that motivated my purchase and severely devalues my gameplay experience and the time I have invested.
I purchased a product that included a "Portal Mode with full progression." Now, a core feature of that product has been unilaterally removed without any transparent communication. This makes me feel misled and renders the time I've spent in the game largely meaningless.
I firmly believe that this practice of covertly altering core gameplay elements after sale, in a way that is materially different from how the product was advertised, infringes upon consumer rights. Therefore, I respectfully ask you to approve my refund request.
