You won't find it in China. According to The New Trouser Press Record Guide the LP was released by a French label called Blitzkrieg in '82. It's 3 underground Chinese musicians recorded by a visiting French tourist. Using electric guitar, drums, and Chinese violin they cover "Anarchy in the U.K." and "Get Off of My Cloud" and also do a few originals. I've been looking for a copy for twenty years and have never seen one.
When I visited China a few years ago I went to an amazing huge indoor electronics market in Guangzhou that consisted of several hundred small stalls selling everything from audio and video equipment to PA gear, telephones and CDs. There was even a store that sold nothing but cable, the place was crammed with spools of raw cable. I saw several handsome tube amps but I don't think I saw a single turntable though. One afternoon our tour bus passed a store that had a neon sign that said "LP" or "record" in English (I don't remember which) with another neon sign that was clearly a symbolic representation of a platter and tonearm. I couldn't get back to that neighborhood so I can't tell you anything more about it - maybe there is one record store in China? There was at least one Chinese audio magazine and I think there's an audio / video fair in Guangzhou in the fall.
